    Is the adapter sleeve required to use a 306 on the Ultrmax model? Or can a 306 with regular 306 styled drip tips work fine(will they be long enough to stick up through the RES?)

    Next strp up would be any of the non proprietary battery mods. something that takes a 14500 or 16340. Those would be a true 3.7v and you could run a 1.5 lr atty on them(which I would reccomend a cisco 1.5 306). If youre going to be using LR on these size batts, I would suggest using a AW IMR...

    Most definitely correct. You can charge an ego on a 510 charger, but it will take about 2x as long as it would on an ego chager. If you put a regular 510 battery on an ego charger, it will kill it(the battery), too much input current for it to handle

    If your using a standard 14500 then, yes that's pretty typical. A regular black AW might do a little better, but try out a AW IMR 14500 and you could really see a difference
