Breaking in wicks can be a pain. I have a few seasoned wicks in my stash. ;-) I usually just vape without inhaling for a ml or so and the worst is over. Oxidizing just to a blue haze seems to help in the flavor development as well. Excessive oxides don't taste great.
Pops' family has been there many generations. Spent many a summer visiting and reunions on Bunners Ridge. :)

I have no experience with the ihybrid, but have heard they vape like a zen. The Orion has a tighter draw and more flavor IMO. YMMV.
