Interesting about using glass seed beads as insulators. Just a word of caution, some are foil lined as those in the eBay link. I would only try this with clear bead, non metallic. Might have to go through my bead stash and have a go. :)- tierrataz

Yes, you should be able to unwrap those wicks. Straighten a medium paper clip to roll on. Re-oxidize. Leave paper clip in and slide wick 1mm up from bottom. Insert and coil. Hope that helps. :) -

Remove batt, protect switch & run under hot water. To avoid future problems, lube the O rings & inside tank liberally with juice. -

Siam Mods - Tank Parts Choose the regular size & free o ring set. You will have to cut/grind them down. They are the same ID 16mm, OD 20mm as stock tanks. No cracking or breaking. Vape any juice you like. Once you know you device well, it really isn't necessary to see the level or color IMO. -

Maybe you want to think about stainless tanks for your Orion. With the build quality, they really become little tanks. :D -

I vape 1.0s. I've not had any problems. Before drilling I'd check: 1-is it over wicking/flooding? If so, try a thicker wick. 2-is your coil hot enough to vaporize all the juice? If you watch your coil with the cap off, you'll see how much vapor is still produced after you stop firing. Or blow... -

I used 220 wet/dry. You could probably go coarser if you have a lot to remove. I didn't. -
