I've done it twice. No metering, just by sight. I do pay extra attention to the cut edges. You will notice ( I do) one side will sparkle on torching more than the other. I used to fold under the edge the would be on the outside of the wick. No need to do that anymore! It is the easiest set up...

These things are general maintenance of any tube APV, genesis or not. Think of it as a tune up so your device fires optimally. I would only sand as a final resort if others fail.

Here is something to try to reduce condensated juice in your cap. If you watch your coil, you will see it still produces some vapor after you release the button. You can test this also by back puffing into the mouthpiece after you take a draw. See how much vapor comes out the intake? Too get...

Azn.....sorry I was short, @ Drs. Here is a link to the thread where you can look up ID/OD on the glass tanks. Only 20 posts, not pages. ;-) http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/clouds-vapor/295821-pyrex-glass-tanks-tubes-siam-mods-beautiful.html

Poly tanks, run under hot water, then twist back & forth while pulling up. Yes they are very tight. It is not necessary for cleaning though. You can flush with water syringed in.

Yeah, but I bought from COV. Bruce has a thread about them in his subforum. They gave dimensions but I can't be sure.

Burnside, I ordered 2 tanks almost 2 weeks prior to AYS shipping but asked Zen to send all together. I have not received my tanks.

I have not because it seems to me it would add unnecessary carbon. I have used a bic lighter in a pinch and don't recommend that either. A mini torch can be had for as little as $10 from Harbor Freight. Zen said he has them too! What you want is the hotter blue flame. Some report success...

Yes, coils should touch but not dig in.
