    Li-PO (not Li-Fe-Po) is the way to go. More capacity, lower internal resistance, higher current output. Sadly they come only in rectangular shapes so retrofitting already existing devices doesn't look too nice.

    You got yourself a low discharge rate primary battery. Those are not good for the power hungry atomizers. (1A range). No biggie. Either hunt for a high current rate primary battery or wait for the rechargeables.

    The toner-photo paper method is working great for me. I am able to do perfect 0.25mm traces. Collecting all unused portions into the ground plane helps a lot.

    Thanks, this version is completely SMD based but on the old PCB layout. I can shrink it around 18mm in lenght so a 801 atty can be almost fully inserted.
