    It`s a booster board of some sort. And yes at the regular AA 1.5 Volt batteries it is receiving like 3 volts since the batteries are in series. I had my first one work to see what you were after. Be sure the AA batteries are in opposite direction when you install them according to the boxes...

    Just use a Toaster stuffed with wicking material stuffed inside a 5 gallon bucket with 24 hoses coming off it. Cheaper then atomizers. :laugh: I`ll send you the toaster send me those atty`s. :thumb:
