Here are some images of the RDA. I elected to make it a "regular" 22mm diameter. The positive pin is insulated with Delrin threaded to 1/4-28 outside and #6-32 on the inside. Posts are .170" thick and have #4-40 set screws. The juice screw is TIG welded in place, as is the negative post &...
Surely Quigs! I forget to take pics before putting in rayon but will take it apart this weekend to finalize some tolerances. Will take lots of pics for ya!
Hello again, modders. Here is my latest creation to show you. What we have here is a Vamo V8 bottom feeder with my usual charging chip setup..... but this time I decided to make my own atty with proprietary connections. It has discrete inputs for positive, negative and juice flow. Positive...
.....Around here, many people drop their nic levels as we ramp up our wattage with new, more powerful devices. I started out with 24mg nic almost two years ago with ego sized e-cigs, but now make my juice at about 7mg because of low resistance, higher current setups. -Just my experience. :)
What I did was insert the 1/16" drill into both pieces and .... them together. This was fused {no filler} with just 40 amps of current {less than some use for their vaping } and I managed to not melt into the hole at all. Kind of tricky.

Here is how I eliminated the 510 on this 26650 bottom feeder: I TIG welded a 6-32 vented screw directly to the positive pin of the atty, which is from the "Magma Nano" mentioned earlier. It features a stainless adapter with 7mm inside threads and 3/8-24 outside threads to bite into the...
Simple and delish: 2.5% SC Real Cig, 6 drops INW DNB per 10ml.
Option: 9 drops TFA Menthol per 10ml
I use a 20PG/70VG/10H2O base @ 8mg nic.
This may be the best cigarette flavor I have made so far IMO....... :D
....I spotted this over at the Modding forum. The price includes the atomizer. Seems like an absolute steal for someone wanting to try out the bottom feeder thing. I would hope that it is worth the price of admission.

It's all good. I figured it out. The pics MUST be smaller than 1 meg. LAME. The old setup would take my cellphone images without re-sizing them. Total PITA. Why is the size limit so small with this new server? :facepalm: {Head on Desk}
I can attest that the Vamo V8 is an excellent board. I got one from FastTech recently and it performs excellent, has lots of great features and only cost $15.00 so great value here. I am attempting to make a bottom feeder box with a hybrid connection, scratch built atomizer, charging board AND...
How do you do this now? It keeps saying that the file is too large or says media has been saved but nothing shows up in the album. My pics from phone are typically 1.4 meg files which is quite small. What am I missing here? Is there a limit on image size now?

When I first started DIY, my goal was to clone certain tobacco flavors from a popular vendor. Now that I have a clue about what flavorings I like, my liquid tastes better then the vendor I used to spend big money on. So, YES, DIY is better!

Hello, all! My OKR T/6 chip failed from driving it full tilt with low resistance coils. Now I know what it's limits are! ;) So When I order the new chip from Mouser, I am going to add the capacitors this time to try something different and perhaps prolong its life. Could someone provide a...
:) I know this is kind of OT but I made two great recipes with Capella Vanilla Custard V1 and wanted to share. Both are in a 75VG/25PG base and after a full month of steeping, these taste SO good!!!
10% CAP VC
6% FA Banana
4% TFA Graham Cracker Clear
10% CAP VC
4% TFA Butterscotch

DNB even has little floaties in it that look like cigarette ash {at least mine does} -It would not surprise me if we found out that it was made from scraping out those cigarette disposal receptacles, LOL........... :vapor: I swear by DNB and put it in every tobacco recipe I make. :p
