    I just BF'd a Stumpy clone. Damn, is that copper screw small. I drilled right through everything with a .062" drill on a lathe, then shaved down that copper screw so it does not protrude so much. Not much left of that screw after drilling. I then soaked the screw in a peroxide/vinegar mix...

    This is just STELLAR. VERY proud of you. Keep a good thing going. I was a PAD smoker for almost 30 years and switching to vaping is a wise move. It is truly "having your cake and eating it, too" giving us all the enjoyment of cigarettes with none of the drawbacks. :thumbs:

    Adjusting flavor for higher VG e-liquid

    I have never found that max VG juice needs more flavoring percentages; it just needs more steeping time, IMO. Once it is fully steeped, it should be slightly sweeter, smoother and with denser vapor than the same recipe mixed 50PG/50VG. Just my experience. ;)

    Hmmmm. 22mm shank is too large for most drill press chucks. Not sure if anybody makes a 22mm reduced shank end mill. Doing anything like this with just a DP will be quite the challenge. :)

    :blink:- I believe the INW Dark Tobacco is not supposed to have any mint/menthol qualities. I think that Inawera must have made a bad or contaminated batch. I first tried Dark Tobacco about 1.5 years ago {straight from Poland} and just got a 30ml more from VT. Neither has any trace of mint...

    I actually enjoy NOT lusting the latest and greatest mods. I enjoy reading about them, but no interest in buying. The simplicity and reliability of mech bottom feeders is exactly what I was looking for. I will look no further. :thumbs:

    Reo grande clone issues

    Wow, the hole is missing. That sucks. I have one of those fake reo's and it has been entirely trouble free. That hole will be tough to drill correctly without a lathe..... :(
