    .....As long as the positive pin protrudes on the atty, all is good with a hybrid mod. With my Kanger Subtank Mini, I took off .020" from the 510 threads to be sure it was safe. It has been 100% reliable and the form factor is tiny. Works for me. :)

    Congrats on not smoking! The Nautilus Mini is a perfect first RTA, coming straight from ciggies. For mouth to lung hits, it is hard to beat. Keep on keepin' on! :)

    80/20 VG/PG

    I have noticed that speed steeping does not have nearly as much effect on max VG juice recipes. With these, I simply set them on my DirecTV box, which is warm & inside a cabinet. I shake them daily, and the flavor will pop in three weeks to a month. Just my experience. :)

    To the OP: In my humble opinion, since taste is SO subjective, you really need to try many different flavors from all the vendors to find what works for YOU. I have had many hits AND misses from all the flavor makers..... Once those go-to flavors are discovered, DIY is really quite easy! :)

    Made my first custard!

    I use Capella VC V1 and I love it. 10% VC with 2% Dulce De Lech is awesome if it steeps for a month. YMMV. :thumbs:

    TFA sells menthol already dissolved in PG. Works great. I use 8 drops per 10ml in my menthol cig blends...... :)

    SMPL Style - No Tanks?

    :) I have been using a Subtank Mini with a SMPL for months, but only after shortening the negative threads by .020" on the 510. It just looked too close for comfort. After doing this, this combo has operated flawlessly.
