    PG's boiling point is 370 degrees Fahrenheit. VG's boiling point is over 550 degrees Fahrenheit. So it is possible to create some incredibly hot liquid in the microwave- FAR hotter than any water based liquid. Please be careful here, folks! :blink: I want to try this with some tobacco...

    Only water based liquids expand when frozen. {The water forms crystals, increasing the volume} -But since PG or VG nic contains no water or virtually no water, it does not actually freeze when subjected to temperatures of a household freezer. It just gets really cold! :)

    Thanks! -The mech switch is a .016" brass feeler gauge. It was improved recently by soldering a very thin disc of copper to where the switch contacts the battery positive. Now the "hits" are consistent, every time. :)

    The real "high flow" solution would be to go with an oversized air tube, and drill/tap the positive block to a bigger size. Just me thinking out loud. :vapor:

    This is a head scratcher..... Inawera flavors are the easiest to work with that I have tried. Not that I like ALL the flavors, but definitely not harsh....... :confused:

    TFA RY4D Percent Recommendations?

    I mix my 7.5% RY4D with 6 drops of Inawera DNB Flavour per 10ml of juice. It makes it even better, IMO. It brings some ashy notes to the taste. :vapor:

    Vapdivrr, I checked the inside diameter of the air tube & cross hole before I drilled them out. They both were .070" and I enlarged all to 5/64" or .078" You are totally safe to enlarge to this size. No danger of ruining the air tube. You could probably go even bigger, but I did not...

    Yes, exactly. This one has a high spot machined directly into the case for the battery negative to sit on. No spring there, as the plastic assembly above the battery is just the right thickness to wedge the battery in place securely. And the springy brass strip completes the circuit directly...
