    Yeah - I know that's my problem - but if I want to keep the o-ring - the only place I can think of to 'wear off' is the threading.. and I can't figure out how to do it with out re-tapping them.... PS -Love the avatar!

    I'd go with asdaq's creations: Brass Beast Brass Bikini or New Brass and Copper Mod Mechanical switches and solid brass parts... What's not to love? :) The only "soft" part is the cartridge/atty, but that could be hardened too with extensions or covers...
