    What's up guys.... Well I just got a Provari (on ECF) and I'm getting the blinking warning...... Problem is, its after about 2 hours of use? The batteries are brand new hi-drain "Red" 18650's. They have been charged 1 time. Is this normal? Right now I'm using a LR 2.0 Boge carto. Just wondering...
