Shipping Queston?

Just wondering, placed an order a week ago (7 days) and not in yet. It's not something I desperately need, just curious if this is about the normal turn around time from Nhaler? Really like the site along with the products, so just getting a feel for the next order I place.

Hi Alex,
No it isnt the norm. There were several issues this week with USPS on orders going South for some reason. One customer let me know in the email that they had a couple other orders from other suppliers in the Northeast and they were acting wonky on the tracking also. If you look at the tracking you can probabaly see that the order was shipped immediately...We ship twice a day during the week and once on Saturday...Sometimes 3 times on Monday because we process (pull and pack) orders on Sunday but dont ship until Monday morning and we often have to make a couple trips on Monday after the initial run.
I apologize for the delay , but there is just no rhyme or reason with USPS...Most of the time they are pretty quick but every now and then they just go wonky. Thanks
