    2 questions about cotton wick

really depends on the juices - sweet/dark tend to clog quicker. Vape it till it doesnt perform and take 1 minute to rewick. I dont rewick when i change flavors. the mixed flavor will vape through pretty quickly. 1.5ml of fresh juice will take care of any residual that is on the wick.

What's all this talk about nail polish and cotton balls? Leave it to the ladies to waste perfectly good wicks removing their nail polish. :p

    Second attempt at ecigs!

funny legal {OTHER STUFF} and ecigs are illegal? my biggest advice is to embrace the vape and not try to recreate the cigeratte. you can spend a lot of time trying to find a juice that takes like tobacco. Most tobacco flavored juices suck and the ones that are good are just close and will...

    Mech mods

k100 is a good starter for around $30 but you will need a battery and charger if you dont have one already. A good dual coil that is easy to build on is the Phoenix V10 and it is about $20 from Altsmoke. It has adjustable air holes. For what it is worth they all have adjustable air...

The regulation doesn't matter for watts or volts. Just different ways to the same end. Voltage should be the same wattage provided that your coil resistance is constant. Also the chart is good for most ego or basic mods. Juice tastes pretty sweet at 30watts or more with the right wick...

Nothing wrong with some extra pounds. Some of us believe a woman should be built for comfort not for speed. Lol. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

    Sub ohm

Sub ohm is all preference and it can be done safely. That being said I am currently loving a single 2ohm coil on a small Phoenix V4 dripper. Small chamber, nice coil, drilled out air hole. Great performer. Sent from my iPad using Tapatalk

    Looking to go into mechanicals

I love the looks of the Chi You. There is definately one in my future. Thinking my next major purchase will be a Russian 91 so i can looking for the perfect mech to go with that. I need some thing for when i am driving as dripping is probably worse than texting. :) You can never have too...

    Noobie question regarding ohms, vv/vw

vape it till it tastes like crap and then rebuild it. A lot will depend on your juices - amount of sweetners, mix ratio, the efficacy of your coil to keep up with your wick. The longer you can go w/ decent performance means that things are really good.

Mech mods vs. Variable Watt/Volt mods

I rebuild for my mini pro tanks too. A mini protank with cotton on the MVP is a great little unit. I also have a small stealth mech running 18490. But my goto knock around DILLIGAF mech is the K100. Hits like crazy and i don't worry about it getting banged up. Sent from my iPad using...

    Noobie question regarding ohms, vv/vw

power is power there shouldnt be a diffenece in vape from resistance if you are vaping at the same end wattage. I notice a big difference in vape quality with micro coils using different gauges. I think there is a sweet spot in how many wraps you use relative to the wicks ability to deliver...

Ha - sorry dont want to steal your THUNDER...it was an excellent post i just didnt read all the way through it. When i got into vaping i just wanted to quit cigarettes I didnt bargain for a new hobby. I surely never envisioned that i would be learning Ohm's law and Battery C ratings and how...

Mech mods vs. Variable Watt/Volt mods

Sorry to go off topic but curiosity got the best of me. Lexx what do you do exactly? Firearm ownership in the UK is very oppressive. Law enforcement are generally not permitted to carry firearms. Carrying a 1911 for work would be odd across the pond as they are not standard issue. You...

Older Folks and Vaping Front Porch - Part 2

when i first tried to go vape...i was walmart e-cigs with 36mg menthol and just couldnt get enough to quit cigs. Later, when i started with the generic eGos i tried my 36 and it was too strong so i cut to 24. MVP got me to 18 and i have a bunch of juices anywhere between 12 and 18. If i am...

    Looking to go into mechanicals

Credo - Great summary but users still need to be familiar with battery safety and Ohms Law. Felt the need to add this since this is a "new members" area and I dont want anyone to think there are any shortcuts to mech land. ;)

    Sub ohm

Dice doesn't a lot of the flavor come from the air flow past the coils? Higher watts - hotter coils - more air flow. If you have too much air then vape is airy. Not enough air and vape is dry and scotching hot. Wicking plays a big factor to as your coils can't out perform your wicks. So...
