I'd expect you haven't gotten them yet cause you're in the Netherlands? I find I can remove the glued on hardcaps without issue with a fork, but I'm in the minority there. You can also dip just the mouthpiece end in boiling water for a few seconds, which will loosen the glue.- Belletrist

*New* Turbos w/ glued on hardcaps?
You gotta get the tine under the very bottom edge of the cap, and then brace against the opposite side of the top of the carto so you don't stress the weak plastic across the top.- Belletrist
