Spokane Health Board Passes E-Cig Resolution

I actually disagree that minors should not be allowed to buy e-cigs, there is absolutely no way that a minor would be buying an e-cig, if they do not already smoke tobacco cigarettes. If they want to make the healthier choice, why not let them?

Took the plunge....I hope I made the right decision

sorry, I wasn't bashing the smokestik, merely defending the npro

Why isn't there ANY mods that just fit all atties? IT'S EASY!!!!???????

some variation on a keyless drill chuck would certainly be the best answer. It would still need to be miniaturized though, and probably manufactured specifically for that purpose. it's an interesting idea, but probably not very practical to do.

Took the plunge....I hope I made the right decision

Let's all bash a model we have zero experience with, come on everybody Join the bandwagon. (and worst doesn't have an E in it)

Took the plunge....I hope I made the right decision

THE SMOKESTIK IS THE EXACT SAME THING AS THE NPRO THEY ARE BOTH RN4081's

Took the plunge....I hope I made the right decision

For the record, the nPro is a three piece model rn4081, it uses an atomizer and a cartridge, not a cartomizer (unless njoy has changed their design). Also, I would not recommend going from an npro to a standard 510, you won't notice that much difference other than lower battery life. Go with...

Hi, I guess I'll start here.

I would recommend the hello16 over the ego, it has a much longer battery life, full 3.7 volts (the ego only puts out 3.1-3.2 under load), and it's around the same price. Madvapes has the starter kit for really cheap too.

    "Silk Blend" from Liberty Flights

yeah, I tried some of that a while ago and wasn't terribly impressed with it either. I'm pretty sure that Liberty Flights is re-labeled Dekang

HELP! Have new no. 7 micro Atty and dont know how to clean it!

cleaning an atty with rubbing alchohol will not damage it in any way shape or form, The only risk is that on certain atties it will cause the paint to peel, although i'm pretty sure that the no. 7 (ss choice?) is an rn4081, which has no paint to peel anyhow. Also, the part about making sure an...

What's so great about a box mod?

Actually, That's not entirely true. If you keep it very simple, you can build an extremely effective and durable box mod by twisting wires together

    My first Mod

Good job, but it seems like you could make that a lot smaller. Is it straight 3.7, or boosted to 5v?

    Heads up on NiZn batteries.

The one thing that pops out at me immediately is that the "fast charger" for these takes five hours to charge the suckers. I use nimh in my mods and my "fast charger" charges them in fifteen minutes.

    I think I just destroyed 3 510 atomizers...

Been there done that, wouldn't recommend it. it leaves a horrid taste in the atty that you can never get out

    Did my new cartomizer die??

If you have a multimeter, try testing the continuity by putting one lead on the center post, and the other on the threads, and take a resistance reading

    My take on the Puck.

I'm sure they could with a fair amount of time and effort, but as is the build time was just under ten minutes.

    My first mod

6061 is a very hard, high grade aluminum, you don't need anything nearly that rigid for this application. That, in tube form is what most aluminum bike frames are made of.

    My take on the Puck.

The mini puck maybe? I decided to go with just one battery box, because it's just so much slimmer, and also to do all the wiring on the outside to keep everything as straightforward as possible, and actual modding to a minimum, I just attached the atty connector and a momentary microswitch...

can i use WF-139 to charge a cell phone battery???

Don't you need a special balance charger for that? or maybe that's only for unprotected cells.

    How to solder battery connector?

try using some flux beforehand and rosin core solder.
