    I have a Kanger KR808 manual battery from 2010 still running w/ the 10 sec. cutoff & 2 new KR808 manual batteries w/ the 10 sec. cutoff. Timed them today. (None of mine are from V4L.) :toast:

    The correct charger for the 280-380mAh batteries is much less than 500 so you need the correct charger or risk blowing up the battery. Kit rec.!

    Welcome The tank system is great. I have had the eGo-T over 7 mos., no problems, no leaks w/ the std. hard caps. Anyway good to have the soft caps if needed. Some prefer the simple cartos.     The eGo is ready to go when you get it. I was :smokie: about a few sec. after opening the box & put the other battery on the charger. Blow out the atty & add a few drops - no need to wait. :smokie:

    It's a nice size. How long does a 10440 battery run compared to some std. battery like a 510 or eGo?

    You should say which you have Riva or eGo. The batteries should have enough charge to use. The LED at the switch should light up. The eGo might need the button hit 5 times fast to turn on. Hit the button a sec. before taking a hit & inhale slowly.

    Riva is a copy of the Joye eGo & either one is great for pack a day. Riva is a good kit esp. if you throw out the marketing .. . While they claim a higher mAh battery I have never seen them say it runs a sec. longer than the eGo which is regulated voltage & the Riva does run at a higher voltage...

    The eGo-C is state of the art, one of the best. It's barely believable some have difficulty using it or the eGo-T! Women tend to like the simpler cartos. If you were smoking like 1 pack a day the eGo is great. You can use cartos on it. :smokie:

    A Tank does not have filler. Hit the button a sec. before you take a hit. You don't want to run it w/o liquid. If it gets hot, it can fry the atty fast. When it gets low on juice, add. Did you get some e-liquid?
