TI... (2 pks a day). ...
I’m a girly girl… nothing bulky for me. I want a sleek feminine look that puts out a powerful vapor and hit.

Any suggestions? (
)

Many are confused about batteries, it relates to the amount of use. I just went through this with a woman, pack a day, here.

This should help lot, if you have questions or comments that would be a great place to post as it would help others as well.

Hello all! I just finished registering so that I could thank icangels and everyone who has responded to her question.

Add me to icangels category of smokers (pack a day, lights, and tired of the expense, smell, risks, yada, yada, yada)

I'm not overly concerned about the size, but more with the hassle. Being able to add flavor might be nice, once I'm halfway through the learning curve.

Long battery life, a nice hit, and ease of use are my priorities. Would that make the eGo Riva a good match?

Once again, thank you ALL for your time, patience and thoughts, for this soon to be "noob" appreciates it ! (I had absolutely no idea "vaping" had become such a movement, nor that the accessories, styles, options and possibilities would be so mind boggling. And I thought I was rather intelligent, until I started researching this topic.)

Might I suggest a Vaping 101 class?

I've never seen many threads that were closed because people were rude.

Most closed threads appear to get closed because they violate board rules for posting.

or they are very old threads.... I still use a joye 510 so I can't help the OP, but I was a little put off by the "reprimand". this is the nicest forum I've ever been on and that is easy to see if you read enough here......it's one of the few where *everyone* doesn't tell new people to use the search button.

If they're anything like me (grin), it's because they couldn't remember where they originally posted their first question...

when you post on a thread you should get notice when there is a response on that thread. at the top of the page you see "settings" click that. then to "my account" then to "general settings" scroll down and you will see "Default Thread Subscription Mode". there you can set how you are notified.... :)

You could always click "What's New?", just below the ECF banner at the top, and then click "My Posts" and see all your recent threads too.

It's usually the first thing I do when I log on just to see if any discussion I was in has been updated recently.

Welcome
The eGo/Riva are wonderful starters! I can't say it enough and I know many people like the slim at first but usually change up fairly quickly like I did. I recommend Boge 2.0 ohm cartomizers for taste and ease of use. :)

Thank you Beans! I've been on the Liberty site Electronic Cigarette - Starter Kits - Riva 510

BUT.. I start smelling my brain cells burning when I scroll down the page and try to figure out what to "add to my cart." I'm feeling like a pathetic imbecile (a feeling I am not at all familiar or comfortable with.) It's like I'm trying to buy all the components to build a computer, when I would prefer to walk into a Best Buy, slap my CC on the counter and get a pre-made and loaded computer.

help....

Disregard the below.. I've been advised "not only no, BUT HELL NO!"

Or is this a better deal/starter kit? RiVa (Ego) Dual Electronic Cigarette Starter Kits - 750mah Battery Mod Only $74.99!

The RiVa electronic cigarette (battery mod) is an updated version of the Ego / Tornado electronic cigarette. While the Joye Ego has only a 650mah battery the Riva piles on the power with a hearty 750mah battery that allows you to vape for 1 - 2 days without having to recharge. Like all of the other 510 ecigs the Riva does work with 510 cartomizers.

Our Black RiVa Dual Electronic Cigarette Starter Kit Includes
2x Rechargable 3.7v (750mah) Black Automatic Batteries
2x Black 510 Atomizers
1x Atomizer Cover
10x Pre Filled Marlboro Flavored Cartridges
1x Home Charger
1x USB Charger
1x Instruction Manual
Only: $74.99

OK... new ? for you guys... First e-cig I purchased was an NJoy (njoy.com). I had someone look at this model and he thought it looks like a 510. Are any of you familiar with this one? Or, could you go to the site and see if you can determine what it is? (The pic of the disposable cartridges can be enlarged). If I already have a 510 battery then I'm guessing I can purchase carts or parts from other vendors. Anyone?

Thanks

Not only no, but hell no! Go HERE for half the price of your link. Be sure to use 'october20' for an additional 20% discount off their posted price.

 Gotta love the "hell no" Was the link you put in for Liberty site? It wouldn't link up. However, I use Firefox + Ad Blocker, but that shouldn't have prevented the link from opening in another window.

I recall that october20 code being used on their site..

While they claim a higher mAh battery I have never seen them say it runs a sec. longer than the eGo which is regulated voltage & the Riva does run at a higher voltage. Both are good.
Yes, he gave a LF link.

The price is certainly lower at your link (which I corrected here), but it won't add to the shopping cart on this site. I tried to add items and NOTHING would go to the cart, so, I couldn't order it. I also tried calling their listed number and I go to voice mail (no one answers)... Are you sure this site is still in business?

Ok, I looked around the site a bit closer and noticed they have none of the starter kits in stock... Funny, they seem to have all of their separate pieces to put a kit together, but it's triple the price to order it that way... Oh well.

I felt exactly the same way Karmic. I've finally decided on the Riva iffy recommended, but the site won't load my order into a shopping cart (sniff sniff). I paid more for my little mall purchase e-cig than two of these would cost, and the Riva is twice the power of my little guy... The more I read on this site's forum, the more I'm understanding the world of vaping. Just keep reading and asking questions...
