A member buys some liquids which he doesn't like (happens every day, doesn't it?)
The member tells the supplier if he doesn't get a refund for the juice, he'll give a bad review.

Wader, it's a problem here because we have so many banned members coming back in with alt IDs....and sometimes several of them. We do occasionally get the husband/wife team but TBH, most often not.

So what we have here is: You have a product that you feel is defective and Steve has refused to replace/refund. If Steve has already said 'no' then I don't know how much more can be said about it. If you feel you have other options to pursue some sort of recovery, then that's what you should...
pc, the title 'US Supplier' is basically the old term for a Registered Supplier. When the new Admin came in and changes were made, one of them was to change the approved suppliers here to Registered Supplier. The old ones just remained as they were.

There are other suitable subforums to post discussions about problems with products. The suppliers own forum may be one option or asking if others have problems with the protege in the general forum may be another.

Was this issue ever resolved with the supplier? Because this board is really here to try to obtain resolution for problems with suppliers....not really for ongoing discussion about a particular product.
