    OK, OK, let's all just calm down for a minute. There are obviously a bunch of members here who feel Paul has given them great service. Admin has not heard of any problems with him in the past. OTOH, there is now a complaint, which needs to be resolved. The OP needs to come back in here...

    The policy has always been that SJ posted looking for volunteers....it was made very clear. And anyone who applied was reviewed and chosen depending on various criteria. The position was offered to a few of the vets who we thought might be interested....those were refusals as most of them...

    If you've had a bad experience with a supplier, this is definitely the place to post about it. And as Roly said, viable complaints should be shared with Admin. By the same token, just coming in and calling a supplier a scammer or rip off could border on libel, so we want to be cautious about...
