It's really simple - if FDA's main agenda is to reduce the percentage of people using tobacco, the most obvious solution would be to ban cigarettes. Their agenda is quite clear.

I have found the exact opposite - it has been my personal experience that the older generations (above 40) are more tolerant (and even happy about it) while those in their 20's and 30's (and maybe early 40's) give snide looks/remarks.
