    Ugh, sucks they are doing this :( Certainly do your best to go at least 4 days for good measure, a small daily dose of Niacin (very good for you too) helps flush out toxins like caffeine and nicotine a bit faster. Its rather inexpensive (under 5 $ at most any 24 hour pharmacy).
