Halo ejuice has a unique taste to it you might enjoy as a JC fan. Caps are shrink wrapped, glass bottles have lot numbers. Halo's Torque 56 and JC's Spiced Apple Cider are my go-to's to squash a cigarette crave. Nice you already found juice you enjoy. That's the biggest challenge of vaping. Good...
I used low resistance (LR) supplies successfully on my eGo PT until I read here (by a respected contributor with nearly 10,000 posts) that using LR supplies on an eGo/Riva battery can cause it to blow up or other catastrophic failure. I don't recommend eGos/Rivas anymore as a main PV. The hit is...
Like so many of us here, vaping changed my life in a profound way. My favorite new thing is helping people switch. My goal was to help 50 people. I'm at 75 in the 8 months I've been a vaper. My one rule is that the relative, friend or stranger must ask me about my PV/ecig. I don't approach...
ClubSoda nailed it. The lower the number the hotter the vape. Low resistance technology simulates HV vaping at lower voltage but puts a lot of stress on the battery. Totally worth it imo. YMMV
Low Resistance:
1.25 - 1.8 ohm very warm cigarette-like vape good for tobaccos and non sweets
2.0...
I prefer the in-line battery PTs. Tried the 5v cheap ones with no inline batt (prolly not those mentioned here) and they were awful. The eGo PT is my backup to my backup. Vapes better than a regular eGo when plugged in imo. I used it with LR 306 and LR 510 attys until I read here that it could...
Kissowa - thanks for this thread. It's hilarious:laugh:
Bought one mod after another before realizing a mod doesn't make bad juice taste better. Equipment is easy. Juice is the challenge.
If you blow some juice through one of your atties into a tissue a few times then drip 2 drops of juice...
These work well to fit a couple of Fat Batt PVs, a GLV, juice etc. I use a case for a portable hard drive. Saw these on sale and thought they'd be cool to make ecig kits for Christmas presents. I like these smaller ones better than the large version.
Hey welcome JQ. Here's a link to the DIY forum. The people are friendly and helpful. You'll need to get your post count to 5 then wait a few minutes to an hour and you can post in that forum. You can read there now but need to post here in the kiddie pool before other forum threads. You might...
Pardon the paste. Here's how I answered that question a few days ago:
After buying mod after expensive mod North of $100 each I was shocked at the performance of a kit under $50. You mentioned that vapor isn't like smoke. It can be if you have the right equipment. I certainly agree with you...
Hoosier E Cig Supply
They sell pre-filled USA Mix and Desert Ship for 50 cents more than blanks. They're 510s, filled well, individually wrapped with the flavor printed on the outside. Lots of vapor and flavor if you like those tobacco flavors. When someone asks me about my PV/ecig I give them...
Sorry, read it but didn't click the link  The ad said '50 pieces' so I was wondering if it was really 50 bottles plus lids and dropper things. It is :)
Anxious to try this one. I don't have Bavarian Cream (on order). Anyone tried this recipe with just the van custard and spearmint? Guess I could try it and add the BC on arrival?
I know right? Hard water here in Vegas too. We have a water softener. I wonder if that effects anything DIY washing other than it's hard to get the soap off? I rinse with water from the reverse osmosis tap. I'm headed for the nut hut stressing over all the small stuff. Thanks for the help.
I found these linked in the Deals and Steals thead last week. 50 bottles $7.99. Order came quick as advertised. Anyone know if an alcohol/purified water mix would be sufficient to clean and use or soapy water and rinse?
50 pieces plastic Bottles .6 oz / 20 ml | eBay
I'm trying to create an 80% VG juice using VG nic, VG and 20% flavor that's a PG base. I've read 10% to 20% distilled water. What % should be used to get a 40/60 type consistency? I'm hoping for a thickness like AVEs juice. Their VG juices drip well. Is there a formula?
One more question...
