Plus there are channels milled down the sides of the connector threads, and very shallow divots at the bottom of those channels for air to the center pin.     OK. Tested now. So far, me likey. Deeper cuts in the Diver base definitely improved the airflow - easier draw and copious vapor now! Will take a day or so both to break in the coil and to determine if this contributes to liquid/condensate in the BB tank bay. Stay tuned. . . .

    Maybe it was a one-off, but I'm pretty sure my BB came with a multi-hole carto ... I think it had three or four pretty large holes in it (two low, one or two high). Maybe it was just a leftover from DD playing around with his shark-lasers ... but pretty sure I didn't just imagine it.
