    95% of my nic came from Nicotine River,, 0 complaints. Before NR I bought from liquid barn and was shorted 10+ mls on every small bottle. Yes I recently bought a liter of nic salt from heartland because I was in town,, weather was cold,, no shipping to pay & i wanted to see their store.
