    What's the PG/VG ratio? Sometimes a juice needs a little time to settle? I just rigorously shake mine, and if I get a little nic-fit, I can set the PV down, and have my hands available to do something productive :D I generally find that the issue you're speaking of goes away after 12-24...

    I have shipped many e-liquids in the mail. If they ask, I tell them yes, there is liquid, but it's wrapped really well, and will not leak. Which I believe seems to be their concern. I even told them one time that it was electronic cigarette refill liquid, they cared naught at all.
