    I started out with Riva and eGo batts. My fiance still uses them, but I've moved up to the Chameleon and Indulgence mods. I love them both and vape both at 3.7, 5 and 6V with DCC's, LR and HV 801 and 901 atties. That's my vaping nirvana.

    The eGo-T atomizers don't really wick well with 100% VG because of the thickness. This could be part of the reason for the burnt taste.     The tank atties are quite a bit different from regular atties. It's harder to drip with those because you have to get the juice right on the spike or else you'll get a dry, tasteless, harsh vape. It's easier to use the regular 510 atties with a delrin drip tip.

    I would suggest either a standard resistance or LR atties. Don't go below 2.0Ω because the eGo uses a MOSFET switch that could be damaged by lower ohm atties. I really like the Dual Coil cartomizers, too. I'm currently using a Liquinator tank with the DC's and I really love it! It works great...
