I would guess that this would be most vulnerable The FDA can easily make life hard on US manufactures They cant do a thing to stop china from importing, they can only seize what they see. There a plenty of country's that have banned but the people still vape.
they will start a media smear campaign which will turn the public against PV then they wont even be a fight.
as far as stopping them at the border FDA cant do .... to oversea manuf the only have power here so JC will get a visit from them I bet
I posted this over in the liquids review section but I wanted to post it here as well.

I pay full price for my liquid and I have no connection to this supplier apart from him...

I have both but I only use the RN. I ordered a bunch of extra atty's and have yet to use them. I have noticed that if i flood it it doesnt give a good throat hit at all just alot of liquid in my mouth.so I only drip the cart and very rarely drip into the atomizer.
my friend has the same problem with a brand new kit he just got, both batteries light up but no vapor. I am going to try a lil solder on the positive pole (inside the threaded connection where the hole is) to see if it make a better connection and maybe this will solve the problem.
regular batteries and RN4075 atty's, and I hold my finger over the Hole and let them heat up and get really hot before I put them to bed for the night, then I put a paper towel rolled up in the corner inside the atty and let it hang upside down over night. and this atty still produces a ton of...
that would drive me nuts!!!
I have been using the same atty for almost 6 weeks now, which is probably why it was so easy to quit the analogs. I have not had many problems (knocking on wood)
