    Good idea to do this. I drilled one myself. With a sharp drill bit it took about 5 seconds.

    I know about that. The switch is not sealed to the tube so that's where the air escapes. But hearing about BidD incident makes me think there should be a bigger hole for the instant blast of pressure to escape.

    The flashlight I made this from is old and not available any more. This is real close though. Flashlight You won't want to spend that kinda $ just to get the lanyard off of it. I'd look around in Walmart and find something with a lanyard attached and see if it can be transplanted.

    Vapor is only slightly warm and there is no more burnt taste. I tried a standard atty at 6v and hated it too. My throat was burning and every juice I tried all tasted burnt. Also the HV atty will last longer at 6v since it's a higher resistance.

    Well, I just got my HV 801's from Model 801 High Voltage Atomizer So far so good! Nice to be using the Chuck again after a week.

    I got these at the drug store for one of my camera's. They will fit the Big Chuck. You can get them at Walmart too but they arn't cheap. I think they are nearly $10 for 2.
