Not really. All a vendor has to do is market it using wording not related to vaping. Like for instance a "personal power delivery system." Sell it with a flash light head with a 510 connection and you're good to go. There's no way a metal or plastic enclosure with a simple chip in it can ever be... -

That's correct, the EU is one big market. The problem is the only decent juices in Europe are from the UK. The rest is all imported from the US. -

Nicotine isn't very addictive at all. It's addictive effects are comparable to that of caffeine. I remember a study being done in which they exposed mice to nicotine and withheld it after an X amount of time. The result was there were no withdrawal symptoms. This is completely off topic but now that he works for Red Hat dealing with the source code is much easier for my nephew. The entire Linux kernel is open source and the stuff he works on gets pushed to the main kernel later on anyway. There's nothing to hide. -

I'm surprised no one has mentioned the Dicodes Telegonos. If you want a high quality device with a reasonable amount of power (16 watts max) the Telegonos is the one to get.
