    Str8, It sounds as if you are looking for a baking cinnamon flavor (cinnamon ceylon). The best one out there is FA's cinnamon ceylon. Capella's pp spice is just like the spices you add to a pumpkin puree for a pumpkin pie - clove, nutmeg, cinnamon, etc.

    PA's is the only one I know that makes it. I think you can substitute Capella's Vanilla Custard for it if you are in a pinch though.

    Capellas Pumpkin Pie (Spice)

    I mix my vanilla custard at 15%... you could probably get away with 10%. Capella's is the best PPspice out of the different vendors Ive tried. With that being said, Im now sick of it, lol. I have a sealed bottle if anyone wants to trade for it.
