    just revove filler,clean if u like, no hole punching, drip down inside wall like a carto, not thru airtube. i've only done it with one or two because i have 510 attys i use for dripping. i think u may dislodge the aaty if u try to remove the airtube but i suppose you might be able to snap it off.
