    New KangerTech SUBTANK

I'm thinking in something like the Aerotank Mega, which looks empty when it's "full", these will displace more space in the base. Could make it "look" reasonably full without actually reducing capacity.

The Sub Tank- maybe posted already

Wow. Not sure what I was expecting to see in there, but I wouldn't have guessed that! That's gonna take a little thought/tinkering/work to rebuild..... I suppose you could just gut it and rebuild it BVC-like. But what would be the fun in that?? Thanks for the update!

    16.5mm options

Actually, it's spot on. The Delta 16 is 16.5mm. Edit: 2 more points re the Delta 16. It's not ego threaded, so you'll want a 16.5 mm thread cover (available @ sweet-vapes). It also holds 3.5ml, which makes it one of the higher capacity clearos in this size category.

The Sub Tank- maybe posted already

Thanks for the updates. Since you have one, maybe you could answer another question. You said it holds 4.2ml, which jives with what I've seen on the specs for the RBA configuration. But it says 6ml in the BPDC configuration. Maybe next time you switch, you could confirm? Does it look like...

Thanks for the review. Can't wait to get one of these. Would like to hear what you think of the new coils in an Aerotank.

Yes. Relax and see how they respond to your email. I've been very happy with the purchases I've made from them. But I do believe there are humans working there - so an occasional mistake is possible.

    Delta 16 & 19

The Deltas are great tanks. The heads are definitely more expensive, but they give a much better vape than I ever got from my Nautilus heads. And they last weeks. I got rid of my full size Nauts within a week of getting my Delta 23s. Since I got my 16s, the mini Naut has been relegated to my epipe.

Rebuild Upgraded Kanger Dual Coil to a Single Vertical Coil

Nice post, leekeylee. This is how I've been rebuilding my heads for a while now. Just a quick note on getting the chimney off: When using pliers to pull the chimney off, if you need to wiggle it (when they are newer), use the liquid slots on the sides of the head as an axis. Wiggle back and...

it suddenly dawned when i got a delta.....

So here is a picture of the Delta 23 (6ml) on the iStick. It's pretty unwieldy - I wouldn't want to be mobile with this setup. But if it's just sitting beside the couch, then it wouldn't be so bad. Just don't bump it - it's TOP HEAVY. Here is a Aerotank V2, which is going to be very...

it suddenly dawned when i got a delta.....

So I ordered a couple Delta 16s last week when S-V had their sale. I've been using the stock dual coil C3 heads that came with them. I must say I'm a bit surprised that I like the vape without modifying the base. The air holes didn't look like they would give enough air flow, but it's doing...

MyVaporStore has them. They don't show the size, but the picture shows it flush on a Protank - so likely the 19mm version.

salvaging my attys (Evod and Protank 2)

They are representing gauge in mm. So 0.18mm would be ~33ga, 0.16mm would be 34ga, 0.15mm would be ~34.5ga. When I used regular Kanthal on these, I usually used 30ga. But you had to take into account the length of the legs. With these, I've been ordering 0.2mm for the 1.5ohm wires I use to...

Nice find! And the regular size Aerotank (which will be more flush on the iStick) is $17. I admit I'm a big Aerotank fan. These new Aerotank MOWs look like they were made for the iStick. The Mega Mow is 510 threaded and about the size of a regular Aerotank. Sweet-vapes is the only place...

    Pre Coiled Welded Wires

Control over what? Look - it's just a matter of preference. And definitely depends on the depends on the device you are building for, what you want to use as a wick, etc. But saying you are going to get a better vape from your 28ga, 5 wrap coil over a 28ga, 5 wrap coil built by someone else...

    Pre Coiled Welded Wires

Now that's complete nonsense. It's a coil. Why would it matter if the coil was built by me, my mailman, my girlfriend, or someone else? NOMINDTR - if you want to spend time coiling, then coil it yourself. If you want to skip that step, then get pre-built coils. It's a coil.

salvaging my attys (Evod and Protank 2)

The welded wires are pre-made to a specific resistance (ohm), so number of wraps doesn't matter. You start and finish your wrap at the weld. If you use a 2.4ohm wire and, for instance, a single 1mm Ekowool wick, you might wrap it 8 or 9 times. If you decided to double over the Ekowool for a...
