    It's not. The original filler in all the carts from China is polyfil. You can buy the exact same stuff at Walmart for 3 bucks, tax and all, and it will last you for the rest of your life.

    Cart Mod for better refilling

    Simple, flitz. There isn't any liquid in the bottom of the cart to go 'up the straw'. The liquid is captured in the filler. The only thing at the bottom of your cart is air.

    In big BOLD letters it states that ** means out of stock, and *** means adjust your amount lower. As soon as it enters your cart they appear, or they don't. Pretty easy to figure out, and good luck! :)

    Jim's a wise ol' bird. hehehe Current favorite here is Electronic Ash's RY4 36mg. Not as sweet as other RY4s, but great throat hit and a nice finish. Goes GREAT with Blue Moon on tap.
