    Ehrm, from what i know you should be able to make an account that "says" it is in italy at the correct shipping address: Then simply place your order - and it should get shipped correctly etc? If not then email dispatchfrance@jantyworld.com i believe he will be able to help you!

    There is no need for protected batteries, since the internal circuit has built in protection- so unless you charge in your own charger it should not be a problem. However if you want to ask the shops if they carry it, you need to mail ethan@jantyusa.com directly - maybe he can order some?
