Sales?
My prediction, for whatever it's worth, is they're holding off on the big juice/carto sales till they get themselves caught up after the big snow storm. I am also waiting. I have a very limited income right now too.- Kimmy

If it says "closed" I would deff call their support number or submit another support ticket as urgent. I put in a support ticket on Mon. and they got back to me yesterday evening. Don't get discouraged. They will take care of you. They're just behind most likely from the biggest blizzard...- Kimmy

Newb, On a semi-unrelated note I recently read an article in which a study was conducted to find out who was the most careful with packages using some type of equipment to monitor it.. Hi Rick, I have had similar problems with cool carts. I find it just depends on what battery your using. So if you don't feel like sanding down a cartomzier everytime you want to open a new one, just use a diff battery. In my experience, this works. However, some cartos won't screw on...- Kimmy

Looks like another nasty storm is heading in!
