Battery Issue

I have a battery issue that I hope someone can help me with- I have a new XL manual battery that has been charged once.

I put it in the charger, and the light stays red for hours. I took it out thinking maybe it was charged and something was going on with the charger. The battery isn't working and if I press the manual button the light stays on- won't go off.

Is there a way to reset this or something?

Nope.....you'll need to fill out a service ticket and have that battery replaced. Highlight this: support.vapor4life.com and copy it into your browser. They'll take care of it, just keep in mind they are closed today due to the mystery white stuff falling from the sky.

That actually could be the reason the battery is not working right... The USPS sorters are very careless when it comes to package handling, and especially flat rate envolopes! I know this because a buddy of mine used to work with them for 10+ years.

On a semi-unrelated note I recently read an article in which a study was conducted to find out who was the most careful with packages using some type of equipment to monitor it.. Fedex, UPS, and USPS. Surprisingly, USPS was the most "gentle" with packages. However, any package marked "Fragile" or "This side up" received the most abuse. HAha

incidentally, the official term for that is "drop testing". it's universal! fixes things ALL THE TIME!!

(another great universal fix tip: if it won't stay together: duct tape. if it won't come apart: BFH)

I have to agree with the drop method, I have droped a lot of my manuals that were broken, some came back to life, some did not lol. Well if you need to, I have a .... load of manuals laying around, pm me, and I will mail them out to you.
