    It depends on how many ml's of juice your vaping a day! half a bottle of a 18mg juice would equate to 135mg of nicotine a day! Which is far to much! But say you only vape 3-4ml a day, your within the safe zone!

    22g 6 wrap sits well at 90 to 100 watts. or 224 wrap quad. and lastly 26g parallel sits at 120 quite well!

    I have had plenty success with the ehpro kayfun lite if i open up the airflow all the way! You can also take a look at the fogger :)

    Lack of airflow along with unnecessarily high nic will cause head aches. And change the cartomizer every 2-3 weeks :)
