    Something seems wrong with your charger. 1.17v is not a safe voltage for the cells to drop to. They should only be depleted to around 3v and that is with you using it. For the charger to deplete it, something is defiantly wrong.

    Odd. I'd comment further but I don't have a nebox so I'll refrain. Hopefully someone else will be able to help. EDIT I just tried 210 Celsius on my devise and got low vapor production also. Maybe try higher. I use 475 Fahrenheit which is 246 Celsius.
