    I can't figure it out either tib, it seems like a very straight forward mod, haven't had an issue at all with mine and I'm using batteries that are a little bit too big.

    You over filled it. Stick your mouth over the mouth piece end, paper towel under battery end and GENTLY blow the excess out. Making a T T sound helps. All this without the carto on the battery ;) Sent from my Droid using Tapatalk
