    I have one that uses the mesh coil that extends down into the tank but have no idea how to fill it or operate it....when I put it on my eVic to check the atomizer it didn't detect it so something is off. I'm going to have to find a video on it.

    Haha...didn't know this. For some reason I thought that the more coils you had, the lower the resistance....but now that I say it, it doesn't make sense..DUH!! Just rewrapped the coil and got it to 1.9....that's much better!!!

    I'm not sure what the content of your email to HC was but this definitely sounds like their 'blanket response' to any inquiry that they receive about ecigs. I would follow up and ask them what "health risks", in their opinion, would override the harm reduction of ceasing or drastically reducing...

    Thanks Bovinia, I uninstalled it. Will try reinstalling it again later....my system is using Windows 7. It's running without any problems on my laptap (Windows 7) but on the second system (desktop), I wasn't able to see the status box at all.
