    Good morning guys!! Thanks for the tips spit back is gone this morning and vaping fine! Not as much flavor as the previous build yet maybe the wick is still breaking in. I guess the less wraps the less taste? What does diameter affect? Thanks :)

    Thanks @rice721 glad you pointed that out lesson learned. its a .31 coil and I brought it down all the way to 30 watts and was getting spit back. Did I maybe flood the coil when priming it? Would that cause spit back? And the leakage?

    @rice721 the vertical coil set up looks intriguing. I noticed he stuffed the cotton pretty deep in the juice wells there no? I've been stuffing the cotton in the wells just where the groove is for the ring and I'm going on my third day no issues amazing taste :)

I didn't soak the cotton at all until I put the cap on. I'm using 24 gauge kanthal 6 wraps 3.5 diameter with bacon cotton. Gave me a .33 resistance it...

    Strange the more tanks I run through this coil the higher the watts it can I vaped it at 75 watts and it was fine. But honestly find better flavor at 60-70 watts.
