    4050 booster question

You should have no problems putting the switch on the ground. The ground just has to be isolated which it should be if the old mod used the ground to switch. the voltage set resistor goes from pin 1 to pin 3 . If left open or putting no resistor in the reg will put out 5 volts. so you got that...

    Micro-Controller Mod

That is awesome, wins my vote for mod of the year. I got a launchpad around here somewhere was going to do something similar , I wanted volts and amps and battery level reader. but i have been side tracked on this CNC router project for awhile now. Actually i scrapped the router and am now...

Yeah you would have to use High Resistance Atomizers on that set up. Most folks slap a regulator on stacked cells like that, either 5 volts or a adjustable voltage regulator. Personally I like the adjustable because I prefer vaping @ around 4.5 volts

take the switch out of there slap it on the atomizer pin line. although i guess it would work like , the B + and - technicly should go straight to the battery and the com straight to where the two batteries connect in series. With the switch on there the PCB will be able to detect the #1 battery...

Kanthal Wire and Stainless Steel Mesh source? (US)

You cant link to a Item on mesh part of the site, Plus you have choices. For mesh you want to go to the "Corrosion-Resistant Type 304 Stainless Steel Woven Wire Cloth" section. then go down to the 325x325 or 400x400 mesh size You also have a choice as far as what kind Ni chrome wire size you...

it is not aluminum foil it is tinned copper. Those two are going to be easier to solder then the pads with built up metal. Those your going to have to heat up a bit before the solder will stick. You have to worry more about heating the batteries up then the PCB board. hopefully your using a...

    Good 3A Metal Push Button

Simple answer is sure they will work at high voltages but your going to burn them out a lot quicker without a resistor. Hook A led up to 12 volts and you will be lucky if it lasts a week. The long answer would be all LED are rated to run at a certain current and voltage. So you factor in rated...

    Just For LM2596 Users

Bad thing about all the small amp meters is they require a separate power supply. Also i believe the minimum voltage to run is 7 volts. I got one anyways. This is the smallest one i have found ★ DC 0 to 9.99A RED Digital Panel Meter DC Ammeter ★ | eBay

those don't flash if there is power they stay solid. The one i posted is a bit smaller and cheaper. Took about 2 1/2 weeks to get here from china though

    Good 3A Metal Push Button

You can leave the LED part unconnected on the PV6 series switch, the switch will still work. You would need to figure the right value resistor for the red led if hooked up. If the mod is 3.7 volts then a 100 ohm resistor should be used. 7.4 volts a 280ohm resistor should be used.

Doubt it will work then unless you can drill it out to 16mm. Top is 17.8 mm. Then your going to need at least .800 " for depth or 20.32mm and that is cutting it close. Really you would want a bit more room for the depth to give you a little space to work with.

Really could say if it would fit or not. Pretty sure these are the same as what goes in the silver bullet. The illuminated model would be the PV6 series PV6 anti-vandal switch | illuminated anti-vandal | water resistant anti-vandal | www.e-switch.com they are both pretty much the same size so if...

    Is this right?

Sounds like you have just a AC adapter there. Not a charger. If it was a li ion charger it would be 4.2 volts. If the output was 1000mA it would take around 3 1/2 to 4 hours to charge a 3000 mAh battery. Reason being that once a li ion battery charger gets to around 3.6 to 3.8 volts it starts...

    Check out this battery...

No such thing as a 5000mAh li ion 18650. Even if it is made in Japan. Only way that battery would get close to 5000 mAh is if the test was done with a 10mA led. Even if for some reason there was a manufacturing breakthough and they could jump from making true 3100mAh to 5000mAh batteries. There...

are AW IMR batteries safe to stack??

Only way i would stack them is get tabs spot welded on them add a protection circuit and then shrink wrap them together. If you look at all the big commercial companies that make 7.4 volt li ion devices this is what they do. you will never find a product made by Sony or Samsung or any of the...
