    Broken record, heat. I also 2nd the dead sea salts too. I was diagnosed with RA and chronic fatigue when I was 21. Heat helps and so does exercise. (waterbed are great, but parts are hard to come by, so when my died I got a sleep number bed with a heating cover) Always check with a Dr. before...

    I use carmael and coffee e-juice (36mg) and do a 1/3 mix with PG & VG. I just eyeball it. I make about 10ml batches. Then I add 10ml (1/2cc) of keoke and 5 ml of caramel. I like my flavors strong and this one is great. I have added just a few drops of bavarian to it and it's good too.

    good to know I'm not the only one. Seems more have probs. with PG...for me I really think it's the VG. Been vaping PG for 2 days and no sores :thumb:

    I'm not saying I'm having an allergic reaction. It's almost 4 months of vaping and now the sores. I have quit analogs before for almost a year and I know sores are quite common in the beginning...not almost 4 months later just saying ;) BTW, I use sensodyne toothpaste too...maybe that's it...

    Went to the local new age shop, where they sell incense, herbs, etc...they had 3-15ml bottles they use for liquid oils they sell and I asked to buy some empties. They sold them to me for the price they paid. I got amber glass and am thrilled! if you have a pagan/new age shop give it a try! :)

    So, 40 something days vaping, I smoked a cigarette.

    I did that 3 weeks into smoking e-cigs. It was horrbile and I wasn't paying attention and burnt my fingers (forgot that they burn down unlike the e-cig) LOL I think it's good if you are craving an analog to try it and see just how gross they are :p
