    I did....the day I got it and no they wont replace it. I used to exclusively buy from TW, but not anymore! I think that any product, warrantied or not should be guaranteed to work when you get it. DOA and they dont care...they got their money.

    I was aware of the no warranty policy on the multi packs but I thought it was worth a try since it NEVER worked right out of the box. I think thats a BS policy to start but I tried. They dont budge thats for sure

    Just dont buy any 5 pack value items like batts or attys. They dont offer a warranty and they wont replace them. At least they screwed me on my 5 pack batt purchase. I had one of them DOA, never charged, never worked and they refuse to replace it. Good luck with that
