Have you tried doing a lung hit. That helped me get more a throat hit and also seemed more effective for the nictone hit. I use the MVP 2.0 with 100%VG juice. It took 2 weeks before I found the right method for me personally. I started off with 14mg juice and moved down to 6mg. Funny thing is I...
An interesting article in the Guardian: is vaping any safer than old-fashioned smoke?
Of course vaping is safer, but it's interesting to read the comments under the article and realise how vaping is perceived by the general public.
Sample of comments:
"It is better for tobacco smokers to...
Hi all
I have an innokin MVP 2.0 but was wondering if the eleaf istick is better. I know it has higher voltage but the battery capacity is the same. So other than that, does the istick have other advantages over the MVP. Thanks.
Hi Bunnykiller
I have been vaping 0 alcohol eliquid, but the range of liquids is limited. If you're saying the alcohol gets evaporated, does this mean that if I buy regular ejuice and heated the coil for a few minutes this would eliminate all traces of alcohol? This was what I always...
I'm Muslim so no alcohol for me, but still enjoy the general vibe around Christmas, mainly the whole gift giving thing which is nice considering I never give anything back in return lol
Hi
Sorry to hear about your experience. I would advise that you make another attempt with different equipment and eliquid. It took me two tries to find the right eliquid and equipment. Don't be hard on yourself, it's trial and error - you'll get there in the end.
I have asthma. I quit smoking and started vaping a few days later. I had a tight chest and was wheezing, but I was told this was a side-effect of quitting smoking and had nothing to do with vaping (something about my lungs cleansing themselves) and that it should naturally go away. True enough...
If it wasn't for the fantastic support and help I got from this forum I don't think I would have continued vaping as there's not a lot of reliable info on howtos out there for newbies and the sad thing is most first time vapers quit after trying out cheap ecig starter kits, I was lucky I found...
sorry, forgot to also mention that when I ask a question in the chat room it says "pending" cannot send, but I have registered and activated my nick. Thanks.
I don't see the appeal of vaping if there is no nicotine. If I were you and have never smoked before, I wouldn't start vaping - it's not worth it. Also, there's the risk of you getting bored at some point with vaping and experiment with nicotine liquids.
I've started to follow the same routine as when I smoked. I only vape outside the house and no more than 3 times on weekdays and no more than 8 on weekends. Before that I would vape casually throughout the day and inside in front of the TV, but I was getting headaches. Now I feel more in control...
