    1) Batteries are cheaper 2) switches are replaceable (Most of the time) 3) the mod itself is typically cheaper Unless you get in to Provari territory I myself am looking into getting one (Box mod) I like the idea of being able to buy a few batteries and never having to worry about replacing...

    Manual has a button you physically push. Autos have a pressure switch that is activated when you draw on it. You want a manual the auto switches are problematic
