    Did you try cleaning the threads really well? I generally wipe them off really well before screwing an atty in... Shrug, perhaps just a weird coincidence?

    Only if you push the probe down inside the atomizer, wedge it under the nichrome and yank it out! Just putting the test leads on the outside of the atomizer, when removed from the battery can't hurt it...

    I haven't changed the amount of water I drink, which is basically none, since I started vaping. I do drink 4-6 cans of soda a day though, mostly Pepsi Max.

    I always soak them in 70% isopropyl alcohol for 15-20 at least then let them dry, usually overnight, then put 5-6 drops right on the atomizer and vape a little, then 3-4 more drops, and vape some more, then use normally. Of course half the time i remove the bridge and wick before I evern start...

    I do like the delrin tips much better than the stainless tips, but the acrylic tips feel the best of all to me! The only place I've seen them is Clouds of Vapor's Cherry Dreams tips. The only problem with the acrylic tips is that they are more porous than delrin and will soak up strong flavors...

    For those of us who drip, mix up some 50% PG and 50% PGA with no nicotine, then vape through 3-6 drops of that when changing flavors in the same atty. Clears out that old flavor pretty well.

    Bigbuyer, do you know what these tips are made of? They seem to be a little more porous than Delrin tips. Vaped some hourehound through mine Saturday and can't seem to get rid of that strong horehound taste. Going to try an alcohol bath as hot water and soap haven't made a dent yet.
