    Sounds like you may of overfilled them a bit. you can suck a little bit of juice back out with the syringe(.01ml should do) then just wipe down the O ring and cap and reassemble.

    I find them to be easier to fill, some people prefer filling with the condom method doesn't matter if its got a hard cap then, but if you ever want to mod/replace the filler in them softcaps make it a hell of alot easier to do it.

    Afraid not I didn't save any of the hardware around 2 days in one of the batterys got so hot on the charger it started to get discolored I tossed the whole lot out.

    Yep mine lasted about the same length of time. Unfortunately I just figured all e-cigs were junk after that, didn't start looking into them again until a couple months ago when they raised the taxes another $1.60 a pack.

    Def sounds defective if you have to play with it like that to get it to charge. I charge my ego's overnight so they usually sit for a few hours with full charge before I disconnect in the morning hasn't cause any problems yet.

    I prefer the ego, better button, nicer looking finish, extra 100mah not to noticeable, that said with liberty flights current $30 deal going on for Riva's I'd get that since the cheapest ego kits are atleast another $20 more.

    Ego vs. Riva

    The Ego is a 510. Ego and Riva are essentially the same design, just some of the trimming is different colors, different size battery capacities, standard ego is 650mah, standard riva is 750.
