    Cadaoryn, you might also want to check the warranties. I had not seen that Pompeii one before, but i have checked out the Cylon and i have the lavatube. The lavatube has a year warranty, i believe the Cylon has a 3 month warranty but is cheaper.

    from my understanding and my own experimentation, either DCCs or LR cartos, the lavatube will dial down the voltage on its own to protect itself and the carto. If you want to be able to go all the way up on voltage to the high 5s, you need to get HR cartos that are not dual coil.
